Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occasionally happen due to high order volumes, courier delays, stock availability, weather, transportation issues or other factors outside our control.
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated where possible.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that the Products they order can be legally imported into their country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@crtzshop.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused, not collected, or cannot be completed due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
If this happens, any return shipping costs, courier fees or additional charges may be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs may not be refunded.

Lost or Missing Parcels

We may need to investigate the issue with the courier before offering a resolution. Please note that courier investigations can take time.
CTRZSHOP LTD is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier, unless there is clear evidence of an issue caused by us.
